Refund policy
Experience Homend products for 60 days. If you are not 100% satisfied, return and get your money back.
To be eligible for a Homend return, you do not need anything but the product:)
For a 3rd party supplier item returns including brands such as Karaca:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Please pack the item securely to avoid any damage during transit.
- Please send email to hello@homend.uk for further details.
- After submitting your return request, we'll get in touch with you in 3 working days for your return label.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@homend.uk , get a return code and drop it to the nearest shop in our logistics firm’s network or if you register your product on homend.uk\sign-up web site, then we issue return code and kindly ask you to drop the item to your nearest drop off point which can be checked from here. All you need to do is to stick the return label on the product box. Alternatively, we can book a collection and send someone to collect your Homend product from your home.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and refunded your return on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve received your return, please contact us at hello@homend.uk.
